ClutchMax introduces solid flywheel conversion clutch kit for E46 3-series, E39 5-series and Z-series with M52/M54 motor and 5-speed manual gearbox.
This system provides 20% increase in horsepower and torque holding capacity over stock with excellent drivability characteristics. Proprietary diaphragm pressure plate provides more consistent pedal feel, clean release and smoother load transfers between shifting engagements even at 10,000 RPM. HD organic full face rigid disc delivers quick shifting and firm engagement. Solid flywheel is computer balanced within 0.100 oz for precision and smooth operation at all RPM range.

What’s included in this complete clutch flywheel system:
•     1 each Solid HD Nodular Cast Flywheel (Replaces heavy and inconsistent factory dual mass flywheel)
•     1 each OE Duty Reinforced Pressure Plate
•     1 each OE Grade HD Organic Rigid Disc (9-7/16 in. X 1-1/8 in. X 10 spline)
•     1 each Release (Throw-out) Bearing
•     1 each Pilot (Spigot) Bearing
