Radium Fuel Rail, Mazda 1.8L BP

This fuel rail is CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. It is a direct replacement for the OEM fuel rail. Plumbing kits are available that provide all the necessary parts to install and plumb the fuel rail with OEM components. The kits are compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. The OEM plastic spacers are reused and washers are included to thermally insulate the fuel rail from the aluminum intake manifold.

For easy installation with the OEM fuel system, select a plumbing kit (shown below).

PORTS AND FITTINGS

The fuel rail features three threaded ports that are all tapped for 8AN ORB fittings. The auxiliary top port on the fuel rail can be used for fuel system accessories such as a pressure gauge, fuel pulse damper, or it can simply be plugged.

If building a custom fuel setup, appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers.
